WIND ENSEMBLE HEADED TO MISSISSIPPI
The Satellite High School Wind Ensemble has been selected to perform at the College Band Directors National Association / National Band Association Conference on February25, 2010 at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi.
Students leave Wednesday morning February 24 at 5 am sharp at Satellite High School aboard a charter bus. They will return on Saturday February27 by 11:30 pm.
The trip will include:
Tour of historic downtown square
Ole Miss Campus tour
Concert Hall Performance
Attendance at performances by University of Alabama, USF and others
There are specific trip attire specifications, suggested packing list, tentative detailed itinerary,trip expenses and payment schedule outlined in the information packet you can download here>
The second payment for the trip was due January 15 so if you have not made your payment, please do so now. The final payment is due February 15.
